    Labs that I had drawn 12/10/24. 10iu of IL orange tops for 25 days split am, post workout, pre bed. Took 10iu in the delt at 6am and labs were drawn at exactly 9am. Will post the rest including igf1 and test levels as soon as they come in. Labs look pretty good for what I’m running.

    Yeah I just do what works for me. I use to be married to progressive overload and I was always getting injured and my back was shit even though I was doing bb rows with 365x15, db rows 155lbx15, DL 545x5 405x17, etc. Now I concentrate on slow negatives, full ROM, pause in the stretch.
