50mcg a day? You need to be doing 500-1000 a day or eod at minimum or you’re wasting your time using it imo. If on cycle you can do 250-500 eod just to keep some fullness but if you are completely off after that long I’d be looking into a full legit pct. Like hcg, hmg, clomid, etc.
I’m at 9 what? I only count 6 sets total that’s pretty low for back back imo. The cable pull overs are warm ups just to get blood in the lats so I don’t count those and traps and rear delts. I don’t really count as back I just do them in the same day bc it’s a pull days

HS plate loaded horizontal row (upper back) - top and back off
HS underhand pull down - top and back off
Single arm HS lat row - 1 top set
HS low row - 1 top set
Cable rope face pulls SS with HS shrugs - 2 sets
Seated rear DB lateral - 3 sets...
Leg day
10min warm up on the bike level 8
Seated leg curl - 1 top 1 back off
Leg extension - 1 top set with a double drop set
BB squats - 1 top set 1 back off
Leg press - 1 top set with a double drop set
Adductor - 1 top set with a double drop set
Heal elevated body weight squats to failure.
