The pip isn't bad by itself in the delts. It's just 1 ml, but on test/npp days it's 2.5ml and that gets a little sore😂 normally hit my quads on big injection days and delts with just dbol. Right glute got a nasty bruise a week ago, which has never happened before so I'm staying away from that...
