Nights sweats are hitting hard these past few nights though but insomnia has gone away just waking up drenched. Only got about 2 weeks left I'm 8 weeks in
345am wake up for work
4 o'clock make 3/4eggs and a fruit
5am get to work and have a 40 gram protein shake
2 Packs of peanuts before first break at 8 (24-25 grams of protein)
Break at 8 turkey sandwich 3/4 slices(36-48 grams protein)
Another pack of nuts before break at 10(12 grams protein)

Today is chest tris and calfs
Dips 3 to 4 sets
Chest press 3 sets
Wide grip bench press
Cable fly
Underhand triceps pulldown
Overhead triceps extension
Cable pull down with rope
Tris will be drop sets today
Calf press and calf raises
Breakfasts is 4 eggs and a bagel w fruit
Then a turkey and ham sandwich
2 oatmeals and a fruit
Fish with rice and veggies
Chicken salad
Then protein w rice and veggies
Peanuts between all and a protein bar thrown in there
Protein shake post workout
About 3.5 weeks in on new ultima test e and tren e, dropped dosage to 200 MG test e ND 200 MG tren e every 4 days, this stuff is Def better than the last brand, can't walk by my reflection without looking at myself, sex drive is still crazy high And the wife can't keep up, lifts are going up...
