Legs my weak point too.broke tibial and femur along with torn meniscus, mcl few years back.im slowly building them back,low weights more reps.its coming along,I like your training program,may try it in month or so.im doing a push pull legs A &B.take day off when needed.
This week switched my workouts,push,pull,legs A & B.still doing cardio 4 days a.m.mixed with abs and calisthenics get warmed up for workday.put on few lbs.190ish now maintaining at 2800 calories a day.still about 10%bf,running through last bottle of sten,plan on adding mast & inj tbol to finish...
Only eat out on date night sometimes and that will usually be a steak and seafood of some kind, only eat food either me or my woman prepare,cook/prepare my lunches for work night before..I like to know exactly what I'm eating.
