The plan was to do 50 reps for a few days to help deplete the glycogen stored as quickly as possible. Currently I’m more focused on 25 reps. Trying to get lean for summer atm I’m around 12-13% bf
Oh I thought the macros were 80g protein and 120 fat. Is it supposed to be 100g fat? With the stair master I decided to add that in as extra cardio post lift, since I usually stick to 13 miles of walking a day. Yesterday was an outlier since I had someone to talk to on treadmill

Cardio: 13 miles fasted walking and 30 min stair master level 4 non fasted
