Thank you bro! I'm trying, my goal is 240lbs. I eat, I'm bulking and have 1 cheat meal a day to hit/exceed my macro goals. I'm super active and have regained my high metabolism. I had gotten obese at 1 point from medication/acholism. But after I got healthy again, gaining weight is a struggle.
