What's the best way to warm it up? I wasn't sure if you can heat the whole vial because you are suppise to store it at room temperature. And wasn't sure about heating in the syringe with out contaminating it or anything crazy

I need to figure that route out then. Because I accidently injected subq because my needle wasn't long enough and it just got really swollen and inflamed for several days. As a matter of fact one side still hasn't went away
