    Yep the whole food plant based diet has great health benefits. I just cannot see myself eating enough beans and tofu to meet protein requirements for muscle building lol. If I'm gonna eat every 2-3 hrs I'd rather drink 3 out of 5 meals or 5 out of 7 meals.

    Have no cycle plan at this time. More like TRT. I can see my lowering stamina over the last few yrs. Had full blood work and physical all good. Only high SHBG. Still work out to stay in shape. Not on any meds.

    Noticed my stamina was lower compared to last summer and summer before. Went to my gp for labs. Total T was around 800, free T low normal range,, SHBG flagged high.. Of course they ignored that and said you're fine...cycle? My thoughts were to stay on and improve strength and stamina.
