Bro I deal w this daily,I have baby & 3 others from10 yrs to 18..stress/ physical job.some days are intense training and someday are light or just cardio,always adjusting but I still train.if I feel I went to light in a.m.i go kill it later in day,find what works for you.life always has obstacles.
Bro u in gym?u work a job other than at a desk?then u need carbs ,eat real food lean meats good carbs,sweet potato I go for jasmine rice,lots of fruit & veggies .
Switch up,try new things,be spontaneous, women love that,create some excitement in bedroom. Drugs/supps are not the answer here,because then she might become immune to pleasure without it.good luck bro.
