I'm thinking i need to change my approach and routine completely on my legs. I'm just not making progress near as fast in that area so I feel like I'm going to lay off heavier weight on my legs and do those at high reps now like I do everything else. I just hate squats and leg press at high reps.
Yeah I believe it was mostly due to the box squats which I lifted heavy on and it put a lot of pressure on my spine. Then to make matters worse i did deadlifts right after with weight that was probably at least 80% of my 1rpm. Then because I worked out at a weird hour i had to work out again...
I seen a video saying the same thing. It said mobility actually makes you stronger overall. It talked about spinal flexion and how real strength comes from mobility and can make you more strong then just doing heavy lifting. I do stretch alot before doing squats and deadlifts but I can't say I...
Yeah having a weak back has caused so much issues in my life that I decided to get stronger in order to fix the problem which honestly has helped a lot but then got carried away thinking i got it strong enough to push it to the limit and I reached that limit unfortunately. So going forward i...
You must have only taken the beginner guide on gaslighting because that was weak. And you say chillax and play victim after i call you out on being a weirdo. Typical narcissistic behavior. Something tells me you aren't very good at relationships and if you haven't figured out why I'll explain in...
Why do you only say gay shit? And talk about prison? It gets old and overplayed. It was funny the first couple of times but now you are just being a pest about that shit. Idgaf that you're gay and you made it clear you are into guys but I ain't about that shit. So fuck off with your...
Sucks because the only reason I even started working out again was primarily to strengthen my lower back. And in the end I still failed... yes it's much more stronger then before but not even close to strong enough. I guess i need to take a different approach. I figured strength training on...
Just injured my back lifting heavy on deadlifts then went to do rows a few hours later at 225lbs and I did it once but it felt to heavy so I went to grab smaller weight and when I went to pick up a 25lb plate off the ground my back made a popping and crunching sound and It locked up and I fell...
I only would lift heavy on deadlifts and lower back because I cared about it getting stronger because it was the weakest part of my body. Everything else i lifted high reps except deadlifts. So it is what it is. This proves even more how weak my lower back really is.
First cycle final results. I injured my back pretty good so I'm done until I recover. So I decided to cut my cycle short by like 2 weeks. I'm going to take 2 months off then hoping into next cycle where I will be cutting even more. I have a much better idea of what is expected and how things...
Even though I havent changed anything my weight is still going down for some reason. I'm down to 253.9lbs now. 240 here I come! Keep in mind just aug of last year I was at 275lbs!
