@Hearin Thanks for this update, you are inspiration to not only the females on here but also the males. Be careful on those shoulders. Make sure you're really warming up before you hit those pull-downs.
I think the mental aspect is huge
if you don't love doing this or have that sick urge in your brain you won't do it
i've gotten in my car feeling like shit and almost didn't even go to workout, but i know to push through. and those workouts have been some of the best
