best thing about that gym you train at is NO PEOPLE AROUND!
that is the best way to train these days unless you are strength training for max outs and need a spotter. nobody to bother you

you can't say you aren't worried about water retention then say you don't want stress put on your body. adding water weight puts stress on everything from top to bottom
