    I've been prescribed that amount before from a dr for trt. Why would I go up to a cycle amount when I just came off cycle? I'm letting my body recover as far as blood pressure and liver and anything else that goes out of wack. Also 200mgs a week for some ppl keep your levels at 1200 testosterone.

    Same I never did legs. But mine are making faster progress now that I'm doing higher reps and more variations of leg presses and squats. But yeah overall higher reps are helping the most as well as finishing off with Bulgarian split squats lol

    I'm thinking i need to change my approach and routine completely on my legs. I'm just not making progress near as fast in that area so I feel like I'm going to lay off heavier weight on my legs and do those at high reps now like I do everything else. I just hate squats and leg press at high reps.

    Yeah I believe it was mostly due to the box squats which I lifted heavy on and it put a lot of pressure on my spine. Then to make matters worse i did deadlifts right after with weight that was probably at least 80% of my 1rpm. Then because I worked out at a weird hour i had to work out again...
