I only would lift heavy on deadlifts and lower back because I cared about it getting stronger because it was the weakest part of my body. Everything else i lifted high reps except deadlifts. So it is what it is. This proves even more how weak my lower back really is.

You can start anavar at 40-50mg. It doesn't really have huge side effects other then stuff in a blood test obviously that you can't see. I personally did 75mg my 2nd month and still no issues. I wouldn't go past 50mg now because it's kinda pointless but don't be afraid to up it to at least 40mg...
