I use a a air fryer it’s the only way I know how to cook lol I cook daily and need to prep for the week it will make it so much easier I am looking for other threads to get so easy food ideas if you know any I will appreciate it
I feel great I just dropped carbs on last Thursday took out from my morning shake I am staying steady on weight 196-199 don’t know if retaining water but I did loose 1.5 inch’s on waist so happy about that
