    Here is today’s macros will add some little meal when I get home but this is what I made for today wile I am at work and used a new app seems better then other it lets me add all ingredients in to one meal and lets me save that meal like “ shake” so I won’t have to keep adding everything one by one

    I have a big cooler/ lunch pack I use for work I should have made my meals and just took them in .. I need to make that a habit .. I carry dam water with me like a purse every where I go I should have my lunch pack too … thanks for the idea

    You know your right I have made some befor just to test it with protein prefer and oatmeal and almonds … I need to do this when I know I will be busy I wonder how long you can keep them in fridge befor they go bad ?
