    Thursday was arms and delts 5 giant set , hammer curls/ over head triceps extension, side lateral raises 4 faint sets of preacher curl with skull crusher with upright rows 3 set of triceps rope pull downs with cable machine curls 4 sets of rear delt reverse flys

    Tuesday day was leg day Walking lunges with 30 pound kettle bell 4 sets of leg extension drip set until failure 4 sets of hamstring curls drip set until failure 4 sets of hip thrusters on machine 180 pounds for 6-10 reps Calf raises 4 sets as many as possible in one minutes at 120 pounds

    So today was my cardio 20 min run on sundays I do a 1min on 1 min off so 1 min as fast as I can then slow down for 1 min and keep going until 20 mins are done I ended up doing about 2 miles I just had 2 days off for my girls birthday we went and stayed at hotel so no working out my last chest...
