I think it's important on leg day to do some cardio. You warm up the muscles in your legs and you get the blood flowing. That will help prevent injuries.
@Ratatata Those calves look absolutely monstrous in that picture. Can definitely tell you don't skip leg day. Keep up the good work on that. The gym looks great.
One injection isn't enough to really make a determination. I suggest you try again. Maybe try warming up the oil or mixing it. Try other muscles as well.
