Bulgarian split squat and lying hamstring curls are fantastic. I also have a lot of love for the back extensions. This is some good training for sure. Deadlifting is the main thing I love. @BigRed
tesamorelin is a quality peptide. You won't go wrong with it, but I don't feel like it's going to do much on this setup. I think your money can be better spent on other things. Tell us more about yourself and we can guide you.
Testosterone prop is really good at 200 mg a week. You can also use it at 50 mg a day. Worst case, you can also switch to testosterone enanthate if you don't like daily injections.
I think the biggest trick with equipoise is make sure you run it at least 12 or 14 weeks. A lot of people make the mistake of not running it long enough. This is a problem.
These are back to back solid workouts for sure. I like the leg day. Definitely important that you're doing those hip thrusts as well. We don't see too many do that. @gil3286
