    I’m not using n2guard. I do take multiple supplements for my liver and kidneys. They include tudca, NAC, milk thistle, and high dose vitamin E. I might add taurine for additional kidney support.

    Recent blood work. Since my hematocrit was slightly elevated, I gave blood yesterday. I also bumped up my testosterone this week up to 500mg per week, which I’ll run for about 16 weeks.

    Thank you for the advice. I just picked up psyllium husk and a probiotic from a big box store. Any suggestions on supplements for heart health? I’m thinking of first starting with a magnesium supplement.

    No real updates. Slightly lowered my calorie intake to no more than 2000. Sticking to 250mg a week of testosterone until I get blood work on Sep 5.

    @GHgut4life here’s an example of the last week of my current meso cycle with weight amounts, number of sets, and reps. I do cardio about two times a week usually on my off day, which is Wednesday, and fasted cardio first thing Friday morning. I do thirty minutes on an inclined treadmill each time.
