    Lunch I had a cup of Brocali and two thin porkchops. Snack I ate two oranges before my workout. Dinner after work out 2 Pork Chops. Water with lemon.

    Yes!! I downloaded myfitnesspal. I am tracking everything! I love that I can take a pic of the food and it shows me the Cal, Carb, Fats and Protien!

    I droped the rice, I ate 2 1/2 cups of ground beef with some vegies. Willsend pic when I get home. I lost a few more pounds this week

    Hey Man! On my way to the Gym. Last night I downloaded myfitnesspal. Today I only ate once. 1 60 oz steak, half cup of white rice. Thats it! I feel pretty good. Lost some more weight. About to do Shoulders and Triceps right now!!!!
