I get it, but he messaged me earlier telling me they had reshipped it and gave me the "new" tracking number. But it wasn't new, it was the old one

That tracking number is from the last package that got delivered to the wrong person. If you look on the letter from usps that I sent you in dm you will see it is the same. Did naps tell you it was reshipped again?
