Get a grill and you can cook just about anything on there. Anything from chicken to beef to steak to anything like that really works well on the grill.
I think about 12 sets is the goat. Even 10 sets is good. It depends on how hard you're pushing in the gym. But maintenance takes more than just weight training. You should also do some light cardio.
