GHRP-6 is pretty good! but I would stack some growth hormone with it.. but don't expect fast gains on it that's not what it's all about it's gonna be a slow gradual builder
@Neuro That's awesome that you're going to the nationals with your girlfriend. That sounds like a nice experience for both of you. I think we have a couple guys on Evo also going.
Stick to flat benching but don't do inclines. Those put way too much pressure on your shoulders. Also flat presses are good with dumbbells. Those are going to help build some strength.
When it comes to beef, it's important to let it sit on the counter for an hour or two. You want the internal temperature to go up. You don't want to cook it while it's ice cold on the inside.
