I'm a big fan of lifting light on certain exercises, but if you want to get stronger, you're not going to be able to lift light. You've got to go heavier so that your body has a more of an adjustment.
I like LGD. It's one of the most well-researched SARMs and one of the most used SARMs. You can get good results anywhere from 5 to 30 milligrams a day.
Nice job on the side back squat, the hack squat, and leg extensions. Those are really good workouts. Also hitting the biceps for good measure is a really cool option. @Bigcheese2000
