I've always recommended food preparation twice a week. And it's not just protein you need. You also need carbs as well so you can food prep something like rice to have with your protein.

Once you figure out the whole estrogen thing it will be easy after that. @obsessiveindecisive It takes some trial and error. We all went through the same thing when we were new to this.
