@gil3286 I think that the workout is a good strategy. Also, the 45-minute steady-state rower is also a really good way to finish. You're always so consistent.

what you are describing is simply a blast and cruise. The blast phase is like a cycle, and then the cruise phase is back to your normal TRT. Lots of people do that. You can check out the other logs on here, start your own log, and let's see what you got.

Everything is delayed right now man. It's the holidays. A lot of people are buying stuff online these days. Also, you have to factor in the cuts at the post office and the stupid tariffs that are delaying everything as well.

the whole objective of using anabolic steroids is to increase red blood cell count in the first place. If you're not willing to thicken up your blood and get the results from doing that, then steroid use might not be something for you. Having said that, I recommend N2Guard. It's a great product...

at the end of the day, if you're not sure if what you're using is legit or not, then I would find another source. We have sources on here that ship to Western Europe no problem. Why don't you check out Napsgear?

first off, are you sure that you order from the right places? All these sources have fake sites out there that are actually scams. You have to order from the legitimate sources that we recommend on here.
