@Eheoew good job on the hammer curls. That's a great way to finish a workout. I like this overall strategy of consistency. Keep it up.

@gil3286 Fixed barbell bicep curls and v-bar tricep push downs. These are really good exercises to do. The hanging leg raises are also superior when it comes to hitting the core.

@obsessiveindecisive That is really good that the pain is almost gone. Now let's make sure that it doesn't rear its ugly head again and become chronic. Make sure you really work in the mobility. That's a big problem with weightlifters: lack of mobility and lack of flexibility.

I find them especially useful if you take it on some time away.

it took me a week to get some fishing jigs i ordered from a town 20 minutes away in the mail. things are super slow right now with shipping so be patient. what took 1 day now take a week.

@Jag_muscle another excellent update. A full body workout is something that I used to not believe in, but I've been doing them more and more as I've gotten older.

@gil3286 I think that the workout is a good strategy. Also, the 45-minute steady-state rower is also a really good way to finish. You're always so consistent.

what you are describing is simply a blast and cruise. The blast phase is like a cycle, and then the cruise phase is back to your normal TRT. Lots of people do that. You can check out the other logs on here, start your own log, and let's see what you got.

Everything is delayed right now man. It's the holidays. A lot of people are buying stuff online these days. Also, you have to factor in the cuts at the post office and the stupid tariffs that are delaying everything as well.
