    Thank you bro! Yeah probably a good idea to some raw workouts every now and then. I just got done my first training session on my new split. My new split is upper day, lower day, rest day… repeat. So 2 on 1 off. Still have 5 to 6 45 minute cardio sessions a week!

    Yeah, they were nice. I am now switching to two days on one day off. My split will go upper than lower than rest and repeat. And each of my workouts will have different movements in them. I am excited to not have two days off in a row anymore lol
