Apparently 1,500 mg of Niacin can raise your AST/ALT, so I cut back to 1,000 mg a day, which should still boost HDL. I am adding 25mg/day Policosanol, 600mg /day of Garlic extract and 2g of Phytosterols. I am also going to add a low dose, 10mg/day of Cardarine.
