    Hey Bros, Feeling leaner today. I made some changes to my diet. Going to drop some carbs, and try to get my carbs only from veggies/ salads. The rest Chicken and steak. Going to drop the pork for awhile. I am weighing 226 lbs. Have some back fat/ love handles and some sagging skin lower belly...

    The only carbs I eat is vegtables, sweet potatoes and rice. The rest Is all protien and fats, from Pork and steak. I feel alot leaner today! I have no idea at what body fat % I am at but maybe I can go 10 pounds lighter? Here is a pic in the morning before workout!

    Just left the gym. My diet is on point. I weigh 237.8 lbs. Cant wait to go to gym tomorrow! Honestly felt a little tired tonight and weeker or less agressive. Body def changing more lean more muscle. Here is a pic at the gym tonight!

    This is my first time ordering Through napsgear. I pinned 3 times already and notice a difference. Zero pip. My other gear worked good but serious pip. I can tell the quality is a little better than my other source. I am happy and will continue to order from there!
