    How is 211 grams total of carbs ? I can get that by 3/4 cup of quinoa 2x a day befor it was 1/2 cup 2x a day

    What should I add I do have almonds and yogurt and (what ever protein the other stuff have I am sure very minimal) and 2 scoops of protein powder from redcon1

    I should clarify I will still have my breakfast shake I make that has protein powder and all my fruits and yogurt I will get about 86 grams of protein from that …. I split the shake up in half one in morning one after morning work out so I'm shooting for the rest through out the day we will see...
