Here is how I would set this one up:
- Equipoise 200 mg a week
- Testosterone 300 mg a week
Then you can increase the equipoise to 400 mg a day as the cycle goes.
Switch to brown rice or wild rice. It's much healthier. Also, sweet potatoes are a great source of carbs and vegetables and fruits are as well. @Dopeless
I would definitely stick to Anavar. It's one of the best. 50 milligrams a day is perfect. You could go up to 60 or 75 milligrams. That would be the absolute maximum I would run.
