At the end of the day recomposition will boil down to your diet and your training.
- You need to be doing fasted cardio every single day.
- You need to be training at least five times a week.
There's no way that you're gonna consistently get that much protein. It's just not plausible. Some days I get as low as 100 g of protein and I'm perfectly fine.
Umbrella has the best RAD that you will find and the best nutrobal. Run those 2 together, 20-25 mg of each. Run the nutrobal in the morning and the RAD in the evening.
