Yeah I love tren as well but after a couple years using it it really led to a lot of problems for me so don't go too overboard.

@rustle looks really good out there. Starting out with pull-ups is really good. It stresses your muscles right off the bat and it allows you to really push things the rest of the way.

@Ratatata the cable side lateral raise and hex bar hammer curls are really nice. I like that you're pausing at the contraction too.

@Rocky611 looking really good on this. I like the bench press and I like the repetitions. That's looking good.

@Mikebee nice job on the different exercises and great work finishing out with some cardio. That's what we like to see.
