    I started with the protein oats this morning inside of my protein shake. I can’t use my blender that early in the morning but I do have a cup that mixes my protein powder together, so I just got all my protein oats put it through the blender so it’s all powdered form so be easier to mix tomorrow

    50 g protein shake Lunch -Three eggs and 2 protein waffles Mango fruit smoothie with 20 g protein yogurt Dinner-steak, corn and a salad
