@satxbber that's certainly a strong cycle but you're keeping the tren very moderate. We talked about that on the podcast. Interesting to see how you adjust things as you go
@Dopeless I actually eat berries every day right now. I get frozen berries, organic, and I have them in the afternoon. Plus I have a papaya tree. These fruits are amazing. Especially on a hot day.

If it's a big order, or you order from different warehouses, then yes, it's going to come separately, man. It's leaving a completely different place. That's normal.
@Jag_muscle great job on this, buddy. The macros are looking on point. I like your stats as well. And I like that you took a rest day when you felt like your body needed it. That's being smart and knowing your body.

Count me in as one of the people who think the fruit scare in bodybuilding is a bunch of bullshit. Some of the healthiest people in the world eat fruit and vegetables as the main part of their diets and they live past 100 years old with minimal health issues.
