just bought a home cash in a 55+ community. HOA is $1000 per month but includes a nice clubhouse, gym, pool, tennis, basketball and all that other crap. They also have classes like yoga, pilates, and cardio stuff. I’m set on facilities and want to do it all ! What would you recommend with sarms...
