    Weights like how much I am lifting? Chest incline machine I do 360lbs 8 to 12 reps. 450lbs 6 to 10 reps then I go back down till I can't no more. Did you want to know what exercises I am doing or how much weight I am pushing and pulling?

    Hey Bros, Starting to cut again! I also am trying something different, I am working out every body part 2x a week. Sometimes 3. My arms are growing and my shoulders. I will keep you posted on my diet and training. I am only Using Test and Tren.

    I am eating honestly whatever I want because I want to see how big I can get. Alot of meats, rice, potatoes, sometimes pasta, Ice cream lol. Alot of Greek Yogurt plain, nonfat and I add honey.

    Hey Bros, Quick update. I am growing and growing fast. I am curious how big I can get only on Test and Tren! I gained 5 more pounds of muscle. It's crazy!!! I am growing every week!

    Napsgear is the best! My favorites are Geneza and Pharmaqo! Since I have been on Anabolex I have lost 100lbs, Now growing building Muscle. I always train to failure and train as if I was going to compete. I compete with myself! Thank you Anabolex and Napsgear!
