I have been stocking up with this company and I have to say they are very good… their customer service is A1 … there prices are great I will start a cycle of just there gear in about 2-4 months and will post results can’t wait

Some times the app don’t start the work out or don’t catch every rep but I use its timer to start my exercise and it takes time to go from one exercise to another
