    I dont add anything I do mix 1 pack of the protein oatmeal with 2/3 cup of regular oatmeal and it has plenty of flavor place Greek yogurt and blue berries no need for any extra sweet

    I have been doing this 15 rep with 30 seconds routine for maybe 2 months now the work outs are hard but easier now .. do you guys feel this is optimal for Recomp cycle every one has different opinions … I would like to know everyone’s thoughts

    This is about week 6 or 7 of my cycle and my appetite has in crease so eating more is easier and my strength has went up a little but I am training still in the 15 rep range with 30 sec rest I will screen shot my chest and back work out form today … I am still hitting 25 - 30 minutes of cardio...

    This weeks macros so my lunch is my all out bowls and it that same for the dinner so I didn’t want to screen shot it again but I eat 2 of these bowls a day plus breakfast and some shakes after a work out so when you see the lunch just 2x that how much food I am getting in
