    My upper body does not have much body fat but my ass, lower back ( love handles) and lower stomach has some. Also has extra skin from when I was 315lbs. I just cover it good in pics. Lol. But I would like to slim that down

    Weights like how much I am lifting? Chest incline machine I do 360lbs 8 to 12 reps. 450lbs 6 to 10 reps then I go back down till I can't no more. Did you want to know what exercises I am doing or how much weight I am pushing and pulling?

    I am only on Test 400mg a week and Tren 400mg a week. I have never taken GH. What would happen if I start GH also?

    Hey Bros, Starting to cut again! I also am trying something different, I am working out every body part 2x a week. Sometimes 3. My arms are growing and my shoulders. I will keep you posted on my diet and training. I am only Using Test and Tren.
