    how best to use hcg doing the hcg diet?

    I’m interested in trying the hcg diet where you eat 500 calories a day and use hcg. My hcg dose I want to use is 150iu per day and I will inject into my stomach. I plan on running it for 12 weeks and then seeing where I am at. Is this a good plan?
