    best way to run EQ, test and Winstrol for 12 weeks

    I'm looking to do equipoise and testosterone for 12 weeks. What do you think about doing 500mg of equipoise, 600mg of testosterone, and 50-75mg a day of winstrol? I'm 6'0", 205lbs, and around 12% body fat. My goal is recomposition.
