I'm using doctor prescribed 200mgs testosterone cypionate 1x per week shot. I want to increase my dose to 400mgs by adding test enan myself. Is this the right dose? any problems I will have?

Thinking of buying some kt-11, it's like this new supp stuff around seems to work well. But i dont know if to take it topical or oral route. Which will get more of it in my system?
