Bunch of cilantro
Organic black beans 2 cans
Organic Spanish rice
Green onion
2 jalapeños
Put a hand full of Organic tortilla chips in a bowl add however many scoops of the above and fucking mac out.
Feeling great boys and our 1 gal in the convo. Arms are ready for war, tendons feeling tight and strong, mentally in the zone ready to go. Can't wait for Saturday a.m.. I pull around 11-1130ish. I'll let the community know as soon as I'm done. Thanks for all the support.
At this point it's about keeping everything tight and right and recovering. Definitely making small gains on some lifts but not pushing it. It's all about being tight and connected so just a lot more reps, slower, and focusing on techniques and form and positioning.
Doing a lot of hand and wrist workouts for hooking, pronation, and riser for my match. For sure doing minimum 50 pull ups a day and some core shit. But nothing to crazy just staying fresh and strong.
