I've gotten bloated up from my last cycle and the bloat hasn't seemed to go away, i look like a bloated fish and my gf isn't happy about it at all. i've tried reducing calories and i've tried eating high protein low fat, and low carb etc. nothing seems to be working for me to shed this water...
