Protein shake with almonds
Breakfast - omega-3’s mix and pistachios
Lunch- protein bowl with ground meat, lettuce and cheese
Dinner- chicken, a cup of rice, sausage and mixed veggies
Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds, protein bar,string cheese
I’m gonna be posting my diet and everything later than usual. I’m still at work. Won’t be home for at least two hours then I have to eat. This is what I’m supposed to be ordering, right? Wouldn’t some of this make me used the bathroom a lot?
