I thought i was going to die on bench because I'm not use to a normal bench no more and I went for 1 more and couldn't lift it and ended up having to dump the weight. Was embarrassing but this is why I hate flat bench

These gyms suck and I don't have a Smith machine no more or leg extensions or anything awesome now. Just a bench and cables and free weights.

I think one of the gyms has a dip bar! Can't wait i been needing to find more ways to really hit my triceps other then close grip bench press and tricep pulldowns as well as skull crushers. A dip station will also be great for my chest as well I'm excited

Do I sprint on the treadmill? I'm getting moved to a different area so now I need to see what the gym is like there. I'll have access to 2 different gyms so hopefully more variety of workouts I'll be able to do

I just eat one meal a day usually that's why I only post 1 a day. But today I'm eating that same meal twice. Plus 2 protein drinks spread out throughout the day with a total protein of 100g
